U.S. Return & Exchange Policy:

  • FIRST: contact us using the form below to start your return process. Will will inform you of the best method for return/exchange.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in brand new (unused) condition with all tags attached and the original packaging included. There must be no pet hair, glitter, stains, odors, or other product damage. Apparel must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
